“I’ve never seen myself as the managing director, but for my office, I will call myself as the ’team leader’ in the company he says. “I will plan and share with my team the ideas in giving creativity without boundaries to all their customers so that they will continue to propose beautiful yet practical designs to them.”
During his journey with Artispace Design Studio, Mr. Han uses his knowledge and experiences to make his own blueprint. “It’s important to have customer feedbacks as it helps us to determine if our clients are satisfied with our services and detect areas where we should improve on.” he quoted.
Customers felt contented with Mr Han aftersales service as he will ensure to rectify any issues occur promptly. It’s never easy for a customer to hand over their trust. From day one, he will make sure to create a group chat with the customer to show transparency, and will keep them updated on the process. He wants to ensure that his customer feel at ease.
Mr. Han advice to young entrepreneurs, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. When you enter a new company, you will learn a lot of things. Put yourself in a position where you can learn, and naturally opportunities will come to you and most importantly, you will need to have passion in anything you do.
